Free Immersion FIM

 

Freediving to depth in a lake or in the sea by pulling yourself with your arms up and down the dive line carrying the same amount of weight throughout the dive.

 

 

Dynamic DYN

 

Freediving for distance in a pool with monofin or bifins.

Dynamic Bifins DYNB

 

Freediving for distance in a pool with bifins (no monofin kick allowed).


Dynamic No Fins DNF

Holding your breath for as long as possible while lying on the surface of water in a pool.
