Freediving Courses
I offer freediving courses for beginners and advanced freedivers according to AIDA (AIDA 1* - 3*) or Molchanovs (Wave/Lap 1-2). You´ll learn everything required to freedive safely, successfully and enjoy the blue.
Monofin Workshop
In this specialty course you´ll learn how to freedive in mermaid-style with a Monofin.
Coaching & (Mental-)Training
Thanks to my many years of experience as a competitive freediver, I know what is important in training and competition preparation. Together as part of an ongoing coaching we will analyse your current level, learn mental techniques and work out strategies as well as plans on how we can improve your freediving.
